Please note we do not offer Refunds but All our products are covered with an Return and Store credit policy. If you are unhappy with the product or If you discover a fault/damage with the product you have received, please take Videos and pictures of the defect and contact us within 15 days upon receiving the order to get a exchange. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are Satisfied
All the Returns/Store Credits will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our eligible criteria above.
All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team for Product Exchange. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
